Check out AFARF’s 2024 Report + 2025 Outlook. Donations from alumni and third-parties are now the financial foundation of the rugby program. This support enables the men’s and women’s teams to be regionally competitive every year. While we stand on solid ground today, we must keep in mind the destination ahead: restoring AFA rugby to a nationally competitive level, year in and year out.
- The Vern Francis Endowment is $1.68M and funded 77% of Men’s expenditures in 2024. Outside donors funded 85% of Men’s team expenditures last year when looking at distributions from both this endowment and the AFARF men’s fund.
- The Alan Osur Endowment is $0.68M and funded 64% of Women’s expenditures in 2024. Outside donors funded 79% of Women’s team expenditures last year when looking at distributions from both this endowment and the AFARF women’s fund.
